LiFT Squad Package
Our Monthly LiFT Squad is a structured and progressive online programme, incorporating cardio, bodyweight and resistance training. We also provide nutritional advice and 1-2-1 support via our digital community. Our LiFT Squad is an affordable monthly subscription which can be cancelled anytime.
What's involved?
As part of our LiFT Squad we provide 7 live Zoom workouts per week, including core and stretching elements. All sessions are recorded and available for catch up via our private YouTube channel within 1 hour of each live session. A back catalogue of 100s of workouts are also available on demand.
Our training programmes are based around 4 week blocks – but you can join at any time. Every 5th week we have a “down week” – this is for rest, recovery, and to catch up on any missed sessions. During our ”down week” we run a limited live schedule but with all other elements of our Squad support as normal.

LiFT Lite Package
LiFT Lite is a 4 week online training programme tailored for Beginner or Intermediate fitness levels. As part of our LiFT Lite you will have access to 12 structured and progressive workouts - to complete over a 4 week period.
The sessions provided are a mixture of Cardio LiFT, BodyLiFT and Weight LiFT. All workouts are available via our private YouTube channel, and can be accessed anytime.
What's Involved?
Our aim with LiFT Lite is to help you become familiar with what we do in LiFT, allowing you to take things at your own pace. You will progress and achieve results over the 4 week programme, improve your fitness, and gain the confidence to join our monthly LiFT Squad.
