LiFT is an online training programme which offers a balanced, sustainable, and enjoyable approach to health and fitness.

As part of LiFT we offer a wide range of online training programmes, nutritional advice, 1-2-1 support, weekly accountability, and mostly importantly we do it all together, in a relaxed, non-intimidating environment, from the comfort of your own home.

Lifestyle is about making health, fitness and nutrition simple and easy to include in our daily routine. In LiFT we take a realistic and sustainable approach, we work hard, we have fun, we enjoy the good things in life, and we include these as part of our overall balance.

Fitness

Fitness is about training together. All our workouts are planned, structured and progressive and are suitable for all fitness levels. LiFT is designed to incorporate the different components of overall fitness – and we do this through our 3 main types of workouts:

Together is about how I support, advise and bring structure to both your nutritional and fitness journey – and together, we will achieve your goal. Together is also about my training style.  Throughout this programme we will train together – everything you do, I will do with you.

In Cardio LiFT we increase the tempo, we raise our heart rate, we get sweaty and we get fit - all to help improve our cardiovascular health and fitness.

Body LiFT

In Body LiFT we focus on slower, more controlled body movements. We increase our muscular strength and muscular endurance, and we improve our flexibility and balance.

In Weight LiFT we get stronger, we get lean, we improve our bone health, and we burn lots of calories. We also improve our posture, and increase our mobility and range of movement.
