LiFT is an online training programme which offers a balanced, sustainable, and enjoyable approach to health and fitness. As part of LiFT we offer a wide range of online training programmes, nutritional advice, 1-2-1 support, weekly accountability, and most importantly we do it all together, in a relaxed, friendly environment, all from the comfort of your own home.

I'm Thomas Donaghy
I’m Thomas Donaghy, I’ve been involved in sport all my life and have a passion for helping people get fit and healthy. Since I stopped playing sport competitively, I have gained over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry – coaching, training, boxercise, gym instructor, online HIIT and I’m a qualified PT and nutritionist.
I enjoy an active yet balanced lifestyle and I really want to help you and others to achieve a balanced approach to health and fitness.
The LiFT Dashboard
LiFT Dashboard is our private members area where we give support, provide advice and interact as a LiFT community. It is also organised along our 3 core elements of LiFT – Lifestyle. Fitness. Together.
For our LiFT Squad members it’s where we access our live Zoom links, YouTube catch ups, back catalogue of workouts, nutritional advice, recipes, vlogs, blogs and much, much more.
For our LiFT Lite members it’s where we access our 4 week online training programme.
